• SaaS Damp & Mould Monitoring System — This is a SaaS damp-and-mould monitoring system that logs multiple environmental parameters over a 14-day deployment, then applies an automated Building Moisture Index and dew-point analysis — a methodology developed with the UK Property Care Association and grounded in published academic research — to produce disclosure-ready compliance reports aligned with Awaab's Law and the Housing Ombudsman's Spotlight recommendations.
• LED Tape & Matrix Drivers — High-speed drivers for SK9822 daisy-chained RGB LED tape and matrix tiles — one, two and five-channel versions with large flash storage and USB video streaming, running LEDs at up to their 30 MHz rated frame rate.
