Firmware, real-time control & IoT applications development

Embedded electronics and firmware that turn hardware into smart, connected products — multi-channel power metering over Modbus TCP, real-time sensing, and networked telemetry built to run reliably 24/7. We are familiar with latest technology.

We build the embedded firmware and connected-device software behind Internet of Things (IoT) products — turning hardware into secure, self-managing systems. Our work spans reliable machine-to-machine (M2M) communication, encryption and anti-tampering mechanisms that protect devices in the field, and software update orchestration that keeps whole fleets current without manual intervention. For demanding deployments we design distributed systems from the ground up — including completely custom load-balancing solutions tuned to your traffic and hardware — and integrate third-party hardware control, including IP cameras via the ONVIF specification, so your product can command the equipment around it.

TOM — Table Operator Monitor

A connected table-monitoring platform for gaming floors: networked sensing and CCTV integration give operators real-time visibility into live table activity, with automatic notifications and timestamped event recordings — machine-to-machine communication and third-party hardware control in a live IoT product.

SaaS Damp & Mould Monitoring System

Low-power wireless environmental loggers paired with a cloud reporting platform — a full Internet of Things stack that streams humidity, temperature and surface-temperature data to a portfolio dashboard, turning 14 days of readings into disclosure-ready compliance evidence.

Core Capabilities

Embedded electronics and firmware that turn hardware into smart, connected products — built to run reliably 24/7.

How it works

Architecture & board bring-up

We choose the right microcontroller, interfaces and real-time scheme for the job, then bring up the hardware and prove every peripheral. For our power meter this meant a metering core able to read 3-phase voltage plus up to 96 branch-circuit currents on a single board.

Real-time firmware & control

We write deterministic firmware for sampling, control loops and signal processing — the kind of timing that lets our roulette winning-number sensor detect a winning number cleanly on every spin, and our power meter resolve per-circuit energy, power factor and harmonics in real time.

Connectivity, reliability & deployment

We expose the device over the protocols your systems already speak — Modbus TCP, a built-in web UI, secure telemetry — and harden it to run 24/7 unattended. We then support the move from bench to fleet, including field updates.
