Firmware, real-time control & connected devices
Embedded electronics and firmware that turn hardware into smart, connected products — multi-channel power metering over Modbus TCP, real-time sensing, and networked telemetry built to run reliably 24/7. We are familiar with latest technology.
Core Capabilities
Embedded electronics and firmware that turn hardware into smart, connected products — built to run reliably 24/7.
- Multi-channel power-metering firmware — Our power meter measures 3-phase voltage and up to 96 branch-circuit currents, exposing per-circuit energy, power factor and harmonics over Modbus TCP.
- Real-time optical sensing — Our roulette winning-number sensor uses high-speed rim tracking to detect winning numbers and stream live results from any wheel.
- Networked telemetry & on-device web UIs — Standard protocols (Modbus TCP, secure APIs) and built-in web interfaces make embedded data available to your systems without extra middleware.
- Secure data-ingest appliances — Our hospital blood-sample platform runs analyser-to-database APIs on a hardened, self-updating Ubuntu Server appliance.
- Connected table monitoring — Bring real-time, networked oversight to gaming tables.
- 96 — Branch circuits monitored per unit
- 24/7 — Continuous reliable operation
How it works
Architecture & board bring-up
We choose the right microcontroller, interfaces and real-time scheme for the job, then bring up the hardware and prove every peripheral. For our power meter this meant a metering core able to read 3-phase voltage plus up to 96 branch-circuit currents on a single board.
Real-time firmware & control
We write deterministic firmware for sampling, control loops and signal processing — the kind of timing that lets our roulette winning-number sensor detect a winning number cleanly on every spin, and our power meter resolve per-circuit energy, power factor and harmonics in real time.
Connectivity, reliability & deployment
We expose the device over the protocols your systems already speak — Modbus TCP, a built-in web UI, secure telemetry — and harden it to run 24/7 unattended. We then support the move from bench to fleet, including field updates.
