Dual-channel pump is a high-pressure, dual-channel reagent delivery system engineered for modular flow chemistry platforms and multi-step reaction sequences.
The dual-channel pump is a high-pressure dual reagent delivery module designed to provide maximum flexibility in continuous flow chemistry. It operates either as a two-channel upgrade to any FlowSyn system—expanding it to four identical reagent channels—or as a fully stand-alone dual-channel pump platform. Built using proven, industrial-grade components, the pump module integrates latest-generation HPLC pump heads modified for broad chemical compatibility. Three Hastelloy® pressure transducers continuously monitor system pressure and performance to ensure safe, stable operation. The standard UQ1022 configuration delivers flow rates from 0.005 mL/min up to 10 mL/min per channel and operates at up to 100 bar (1400 psi), with a 200 bar (2800 psi) version available. The Maxi pump (UQ1023) extends flow capacity up to 50 mL/min per channel (100 bar maximum), supporting higher throughput applications and scale-up workflows. Designed as a core building block for modular flow reactor systems, the pump module supports integration with heated coil reactor, Cold Coil and Polar Bear Plus Flow™ modules, enabling construction of multi-reactor, multi-step continuous synthesis platforms.
